Another 50 Cent series is coming to Starz.

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson signed a massive multi-series overall deal with Starz in 2018 and he’s one of the creative minds behind Black Mafia Family.

Jackson’s other Starz series, Power, was such a success on the network that it inspired four upcoming spinoffs: Power Book II: Ghost, Power Book III: Raising Kanana, Power Book IV: Influence, and Power Book V: Force.

“I told you ‘Black Mafia Family’ was coming and it’s going to be the biggest show on television,” Jackson said. “Meech and Terry are legends and I am excited to bring their story to Starz.”

Black Mafia Family tells the true story of two brothers, Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory, who during the 1980s made their way from the streets of southwest Detroit and were part of one of the most influential crime families in the country. Their keen leadership and business skills took them from the drug trade to the Hip Hop world.

Jackson is set to exec produce the series with Star and Power producer Randy Huggins. He recently received a star on the Walk of Fame and has a show on ABC titled For Life.
