Rocketman star Taron Egerton voices one of the three leading Gelflings, Rian. When Rian discovers the Skeksis dark secret, he must muster his strength to save the people of Thra.
Andy Sandberg
Brooklyn Nine-Nine‘s Andy Samberg voices one of the Skesis lords, known as “The Heratic.” Did you spot it? It took us a while.
Lena Headey
Maudra Fara is the leader of the Stonewood Clan. Her strong character is voiced by Lena Headey, who is best known for her fierce performance as Game of Thrones‘ Cersei Lannister.
Simon Pegg
Simon Pegg plays the Skesis who is scheming to take on the Emperor’s throne. He is manipulative and does not care for the Gelflings. Pegg does a fantastic job playing this vile character.
Eddie Izzard
Eddie Izzard plays a character who is referred to as “Elder Cadia.” He is a Gelfling but also a real trickster. Izzard’s performance is highly entertaining across the series.
Helena Bonham Carter
Does the voice of The All-Maudra Mayrin sound familiar? The powerful Gelfling is played by none other than Helena Bonham Carter, who you may recognize as Bellatrix in the Harry Potter franchise, Marla Singer in Fight Club, and from many Tim Burton films.
Nathalie Emmanuel
If you’ve been watching The Dark Crystal and reminiscing about Game of Thrones, it’s no coincidence. Nathalie Emmanuel plays Daenery’s loyal servant, Missandei. She also voices the sweet character of Deet and shows that she has an impressive range when it comes to her acting style. Game of Thrones‘ Natalie Dormer is also part of the cast.
