A new teaser for the forthcoming episodes of Rick and Morty has landed.
We waited a really, really long time for season four of Rick and Morty and couldn’t help but feel slighted when we were cut short after just a handful of episodes. The creators have more or less remained silent on when new episodes will land, and fans have been fearing another two-year gap.
Still, Adult Swim continue to tease us. The official Twitter account for the show shared a 15-second clip, titled “Rick’s game,” showing a line of anxious Mortys being held at gunpoint by Mr. Meeseeks. At the end of the clip, we see it is just a bunch of Ricks playing a barbaric videogame.

In terms of how long we will need to wait for new episodes, Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland previously assured us that it won’t be too long this time around.
“It’s safe to say without fear of being wrong that the gap between seasons three and four will be the longest and last time that it’s ever so long that it’s ridiculous,” they said. “We’re literally writing season five while finishing season four just to force ourselves to commit to a certain schedule.”
