Major Season Three spoilers ahead.

The Handmaid’s Tale‘s fourth season finally has a release date; the first episode will land on August 12th, 2020 on Hulu. Here are the main questions we want answered in the new season.

Is June OK?

When the last episode of season 3 ended, June was passed out on a gurney, bleeding out from her stomach. The first question we want answered is whether June is OK, and whether she would be punished for her heroic act of freeing the children.

Where Is Hannah?

By the end of season three, the odds of June being reunited with her eldest daughter, Hannah, started looking even more unlikely. The main question we have at this point is: where is she? And what will happen to her now that June faces serious trouble?

What Will Happen To The Marthas?

At the end of season three, the Marthas and handmaids stayed behind to help June distract the guards to allow time for the children to board the plane that took them out of Gilead. Will their involvement get them in trouble? And if they are caught, will they all end up at the colonies?

Is There Hope For Gilead’s Downfall?

It seems that Gilead is slowly crumbling. With the Waterfords under arrest in Canada and dozens of children gone missing, it looks like there may be hope that Gilead will meet its end.

Who Will Be The Big Threat in Season Four?

Now that the Waterfords are out of the picture, there is going to be a new top dog in town. We’ve already seen the other commanders act with cruelty, but in season four, we can see things being taken up a notch when the commanders discover that their children have gone missing.
