Prime Target is one of the most thrilling new shows coming our way this month, and Apple TV+ teased its release with a brand-new trailer. Leo Woodall leads the way as a young mathematician, who finds himself in the middle of a troubling conspiracy of epic proportions after making a brilliant breakthrough.

Prime Target centers on “a brilliant young mathematician on the verge of a major breakthrough when he realizes an unseen enemy is trying to destroy his idea.” He must join forces with a government agent who’s been tracking him and unravel a troubling conspiracy that goes deeper than he’d ever imagined.

Leo Woodall (One Day) and Quintessa Swindell (Trinkets) lead the cast of this limited series, and they’ll be in pretty good company. The supporting cast includes Stephen Rea, David Morrissey, Martha Plimpton, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Jason Flemyng, Harry Lloyd, Ali Suliman, Fra Fee, and Joseph Mydell.

Prime Target was created for Apple TV+ by the Sherlock writer Steve Thompson, while Top Boy director Brady Hood helmed the series. The first two episodes will premiere on Apple TV+ on January 22, while the remaining six will debut on a weekly basis until the finale on March 5.
