Apple TV+ has given us one of the most mind-blowing sci-fi series in recent memory with Severance, and its second season is on the horizon. The streaming giant shared the first look at its second season, which sees Adam Scott facing new challenges after returning to Lumon.
Severance centers on a team of employees working for a shady bio-tech company Lumon Industries, who underwent a medical procedure known as “severance” so their memories would be divided between their work and personal lives.
The first look at the show’s second season sees Adam Scott’s character Mark Scout returning to Lumon’s offices despite everything that transpired in Season 1, with balloons in hand.
Britt Lower, Zach Cherry, John Turturro, Patricia Arquette, Tramell Tillman, Christopher Walken, Jen Tullock, Michael Chernus, and Dichen Lachman are also expected to join him in Season 2, which still doesn’t have an official release date.
The first footage of Season 2 was shared as a part of the streamer’s recent “Coming to Apple TV+” promo clip. It also teased the return of Pachinko, Slow Horses, Shrinking, and Silo, in addition to giving us a glimpse of several new shows, including Dark Matter, Presumed Innocent, Lady in the Lake, and Bad Monkey.
