20 years after Angel premiered, our crush on David Boreanaz is still alive and well.
The Bones actor was the bad boy vampire with a heart who we were introduced to in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Following his doomed relationship with Sarah Michelle Gellar’s character, Angel was given his own spin-off in Los Angeles.
Although the series ended in 2004, there is hope that we haven’t seen the last of Angel…
The heartthrob has hinted at something exciting could be coming our way, possibly in the form of a reunion.
During an appearance on The Talk, David said, “I love that character. So I will say there may be something coming up. I don’t want to give away a lot. It’s 20 years coming up this fall, and we may have something in the works.”
Such a tease!
Let’s hope we finally get a resolution to THAT cliffhanger.
