There’s a lot of anticipation leading up to the next season of The Bear, and FX and Hulu just turned up the heat with a new trailer. The new promo clip sees Carmy sharing his “non-negotiables” with the crew of The Bear while trying to run “a different kind of restaurant.”
Judging by the first trailer, Season 3 of The Bear will replicate the anxiety-inducing energy of the first. It will take us back to the kitchen, and explore the grind of the restaurant industry, where every day is a losing battle and you’re always against the clock.
“Carmy pushes himself harder than ever, and demands excellence from his crew, who do their best to match his intensity. Their quest for culinary excellence will propel the crew to new levels and stress the bonds that hold the restaurant together,” reads the official Season 3 logline.
Season 3 opens with Carmy discussing opening “a different kind of restaurant” with his late brother Mikey, before revealing his list of non-negotiables, saying that the restaurants of the highest level couldn’t operate without them.
Jeremy Allen White will return as Carmy in Season 3 of The Bear, which will premiere on June 27. He’ll be joined by Ayo Edebiri, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Matty Matheson, and Oliver Platt.
