The second season of Netflix’s action comedy Fubar is on the way, and Arnold Schwarzenegger will be in some good company. The Matrix star Carrie-Anne Moss joined the show’s second season as a German spy who has a passionate history with Luke Brunner.
Season 2 will mark the return of Schwarzenegger as Luke Brunner, a veteran CIA operative on the verge of retirement, who spent the first season saving another operative, who turned out to be his daughter Emma Brunner (Monica Barbaro).
He’ll come face-to-face with new villains in the second season – including an old flame from his past who threatens to destroy the world and his life. Moss joined the cast as Greta Nelso, a former East German spy who has a passionate history with Brunner.
Season 2 will also mark the return of Fortune Feimster, Travis Van Winkle, Jay Baruchel, Aparna Brielle, Andy Buckley, Milan Carter, Fabiana Udenio, and Barbara Eve Harris. Netflix ordered eight one-hour episodes from the show’s creator, showrunner, and executive producer Nick Santora.
Carrie-Anne Moss starred in several notable TV shows in recent years, including Marvel’s Jessica Jones, Daredevil, Iron Fist, and The Defenders. She’ll next be seen in the Star Wars series The Acolyte on Disney+ opposite Amandla Stenberg, Lee Jung-jae, Manny Jacinto, and Dafne Keen.
