CBS has confirmed it is renewing Magnum P.I. along with two other of the network’s new shows.

The Magnum P.I. reboot did surprisingly well when it came to viewer numbers. The Neighborhood also went down well, averaging at 8 million viewers per episode. FBI, on the other hand, is now the network’s top new series, averaging 13 million viewers per episode.

CBS Entertainment President Kelly Kahl said that “Each of these distinctive shows has made their mark in a variety of ways. Our goals this season were to introduce new series that audiences are passionate about, add more strength to a winning schedule and create more inclusive programming.”

Senior Executive Vice President of Programming Thom Sherman added: “We’re thrilled by the creative direction and performance of these three shows as they continue to grow in popularity and resonate with the network’s viewers.”

There is no news on release dates for any seconds seasons of these shows, but now that they have been confirmed, watch this space.
