Cobra Kai will end its run with the upcoming sixth season, and we finally know what its final chapter has in store. Netflix dropped the first trailer for the first part of Season 6, which will see the Cobra Kai members preparing for their biggest challenge yet alongside their sanseis.

The Karate Kid spin-off reunited us with Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka), who is haunted by his wasted potential after hitting rock bottom. He gets a chance at redemption after saving a bullied kid Miguel from his tormentors, and this turn of events inspires him to restart Cobra Kai karate dojo, thus rekindling his rivalry with Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio).

In addition to the leading duo, Cobra Kai also stars Martin Kove, Xolo Maridueña, Jacob Bertrand, Mary Mouser, Tanner Buchanan, Peyton List, Gianni DeCenzo, Courtney Henggeler, Vanessa Rubio, Dallas Dupree Young, Yuji Okumoto, Alicia Hannah-Kim, Griffin Santopietro, and Oona O’Brien.

According to Netflix’s official logline, Season 6 will see the group Cobra Kai eliminated from the Valley, but they find themselves drawn to an even bigger challenge when they start training for the Sekai Taikai, the world championships of karate.

Season 6 of Cobra Kai will be split into three parts, with the first one premiering on July 18.
