If, like us, you cannot wait for the next season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, you’ll be delighted by this!
While no premiere date for season 3 of the Amazon series has yet been announced, we do have our first look at what to expect.
Part of the upcoming season will be shot in Miami, where Midge Maisel (played by Rachel Brosnahan) is touring with musician Shy Baldwin.
The latest image shows the female comic lying poolside, reading a copy of Vogue (as all stylish ladies in the 1950s do!), as her manager, Susie (portrayed by Alex Borstein), lies next to her fully-clothed.
The scene was shot at the Fontainebleau Hotel, which was transformed to look as though it was decades gone by.
Not much is known about season 3, but creator Amy Sherman-Palladino has hinted that we might see a familiar face.
Apparently, Lauren Graham, who worked with Sherman-Palladino on Gilmore Girls, is keen to make an appearance.
“Lauren made a request, and Lauren is my queen and the reason I have a career, so I honor the request of Lauren Graham,” she said. “I’m trying to figure it out. Hopefully [she’ll be in season three]. It would be lovely.”
