Danny Ramirez, Tati Gabrielle, & More Join “The Last of Us” Cast

The Last of Us went back to production in Vancouver, Canada just last month, and its cast is getting bigger as the days go by. Danny Ramirez, Ariela Barer, Tati Gabrielle, and Spencer Lord are the latest stars to join the impressive Season 2 ensemble of the hit HBO drama.

Danny Ramirez (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier) has been added to the cast in the role of Manny, a loyal soldier who’s hiding his old wounds with his sunny attitude. Spencer Lord (Heartland) will play Owen, a warrior with a gentle heart, who’s forced to fight an enemy he refuses to hate.

Tati Gabrielle’s (You) joined the cast as Nora, a military medic with a troubled past. Ariela Barer (Runaways) will play Mel, a young doctor who must face the realities of war and tribalism while trying to save lives.

The second season of The Last of Us will also star Kaitlyn Dever (Unbelievable), Young Mazino (Beef), and Isabela Merced (Dora and the Lost City of Gold ) as Abby, Jesse, and Dina, plus Catherine O’Hara (Schitt’s Creek) in a mystery guest role.

Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey will return as a hardened survivor Joel and a sharp-witted 14-year-old girl Ellie, who are trying to escape an oppressive quarantine zone while depending on each other for survival.
