David Duchovny, Jack Whitehall, and Carice van Houten are no strangers to starring in hit TV shows, and they’re gearing up to do it by each other’s side. This amazing trio has been cast in Amazon Prime Video’s upcoming psychological thriller series Malice.

Malice hails from writer and executive producer James Wood (The Great), and it will be co-produced by Expectation Entertainment and Tailspin Films for Amazon Prime Video. It will center on a young man (Whitehall) trying to infiltrate the world of a wealthy family, with Duchovny and van Houten playing the heads of that family.

The acclaimed British comedian Whitehall is best known as the star of the hit comedy series Fresh Meat and Bad Education. Despite going off air a decade ago, Bad Education made an epic comeback last year and returned for its fifth season earlier this month. Whitehall also recently starred in the second season of the murder mystery comedy The Afterparty.

Duchovny is best known as the star of The X-Files and Californication, but he’s mostly been focusing on big-screen projects in recent years. He starred in several movies throughout 2023, including You People and What Happens Later.

Carice van Houten is best known as Melisandre/Red Woman from Game of Thrones, and we’ve seen her in several other projects since this series wrapped up, including the Starz adaptation of Dangerous Liaisons.
