Bunk’d is one of the longest-running shows airing on Disney Channel right now, but all good things must come to an end. The beloved series will conclude with its current seventh season after Disney Channel ordered an additional ten episodes to wrap up the story.

Bunk’d was developed as a spin-off of the popular Disney show Jessie, and it saw Ross siblings Emma (Peyton List), Ravi (Karan Brar) and Zuri (Skai Jackson) leave the comfort of their New York penthouse behind to embark on more adventures at a rustic summer camp in Maine called Camp Kikiwaka.

The leading trio left the series after three seasons, letting Miranda May take the lead as the enthusiastic camp counselor Lou Hockhauser. She was joined by Will Buie Jr, Raphael Alejandro, Israel Johnson, Scarlett Estevez, Shelby Simmons, Shiloh Verrico, Luke Busey, Alfred Lewis, and Trevor Tordjman in the years to come.

Ayo Davis, president of Disney Branded Television, confirmed the show’s cancelation in a statement to Deadline and thanked its “talented cast, creative team, and crew for bringing tremendous joy and laughter to kids for seven incredible seasons.”

Season 7 of Bunk’d was suspended this summer due to the WGA strike, but the series is now expected to return for the final ten episodes in 2024.
