Drew Barrymore eyes a daytime talk show.
Multiple outlets report that the actress has filmed a pilot this week in New York for CBS Television Distribution.
Barrymore is among the executive producers of the hour-long show. According to sources, no showrunner has been attached to the project as yet.
This is the second time Barrymore has considered a daytime talker. Back in 2016 she was in talks with Warner Bros TV about a series, but the project never came to fruition because of a lukewarm response from prospective station groups at the time, according to Variety.
There are no other details regarding the pilot. CBS declined comment.
