Elvis Presley died 42 years ago, but he is set to gain new life in animated form.

On the anniversary of his death, Netflix announced that they will be creating an animated series about the late singer as a secret agent.

The series, entitled Agent King, is the brainchild of Priscilla Presley and John Eddie, who will serve as executive producers.

Netflix has stated: “Elvis Presley trades in his white jumpsuit for a jet pack when he is covertly inducted into a secret government spy program to help battle the dark forces that threaten the country he loves — all while holding down his day job as the King Of Rock And Roll.”

“From the time Elvis was a young boy he always dreamed of being the superhero fighting crime and saving the world! Agent King lets him do just that,” said Priscilla Presley.

He’ll have to combat all those suspicious minds.
