The second season of Tulsa King has been in the works for quite some time, and its cast is shaping up to be pretty impressive. Frank Grillo will join Sylvester Stallone when Taylor Sheridan’s Paramount+ series returns for its second season.

Tulsa King stars Sylvester Stallone as the New York mafia capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi, who comes back home after 25 years spent behind bars. He’s unceremoniously exiled by his boss to set up shop in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he must establish a new criminal empire with a group of unlikely characters.

Grillo will join the second season as Bill Bevilaqua, a Kansas City mobster with interests in Tulsa. In addition to Stallone in the lead role, Tulsa King also stars Andrea Savage, Martin Starr, Max Casella, Domenick Lombardozzi, Vincent Piazza, Jay Will, Annabella Sciorra, Tatiana Zappardino, and Garrett Hedlund.

Grillo is best known as the star of Captain America and Purge franchises, and he has almost 100 credits to his name. On the TV side, his notable credits include Prison Break, For the People, The Kill Point, and Billions, and he’ll next lead the voice cast of the DC Comics series Creature Commandos alongside Maria Bakalova, Indira Varma, and David Harbour.
