Our favorite fictional girl group Girls5Eva has embarked on quite a journey since their reunion, and their next adventure will be the wildest one yet! The first trailer for the third season of this musical comedy series is here, and it sees Girls5Eva embarking on a comeback tour.
After reuniting and recording their new album Returnity, Dawn, Wickie, Summer, and Gloria are gearing up for their next big step in Season 3. Despite having no plan, tour manager, or any venues secured, they decide to pile into a van and embark on a comeback tour.
Netflix’s official logline promises they’ll embark on many wild adventures while grappling with life on the road, from playing at a billionaire’s birthday party and crossing paths with the biggest pop star on the planet to seeing their relationships tested and confronting parents they believe held them back.
The show’s leading ladies Sara Bareilles, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Paula Pell, and Busy Philipps will be back in their respective roles, and they’re expected to be joined by John Lutz, John Early, Ingrid Michaelson, Richard Kind, Mario Lopez, Kit Hoover, and Catherine Cohen.
Girls5Eva initially premiered on Peacock but moved to Netflix following its cancelation in late 2022. Season 3 will feature six episodes, set to premiere on Netflix on March 14.
