“Good Girls” Season 3 Gets More Episodes

Christina Hendricks, Retta, and Mae Whitman in "Good Girls"

The next season of the drama series has been expanded.

Multiple outlets confirm that NBC has ordered three additional episodes of Good Girls, making the season’s total 16 episodes. Season 1 totaled 10 episodes and season 2 clocked 13 episodes.

The series hails from Jenna Bans. It follows three suburban housewives — played by Christina Hendricks, Retta, and Mae Whitman — who decide to rob a grocery store to make ends meet, but that decision ultimately drags them into a life of crime.

According to Deadline, the show has been a hit and is the first series on a Big 4 broadcast network to land a deal under Netflix’s co-licensing model.
