To quote Kevin McCallister: “Ahhhhh!”

Yes that’s right — Home Alone 2.0 is heading our way. Another ‘90s classic is getting the reboot treatment.

Disney CEO Bob Iger announced Tuesday the network’s acquisition of the Fox movie library means that viewers will get reboots of four franchises including Home Alone, Night At the Museum, Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Cheaper By the Dozen.

Iger explained that Disney+ intends on “reimagining” the kid-friendly classics for “a new generation” of children.

The decision to means that Disney is “focused on leveraging Fox’s vast library of great titles to further enrich the content,” he continued.

It is unclear what form the reboots would take — TV series or films.

Disney+ will be the new exclusive streaming home of Star Wars, Avatar, Planet of the Apes, X-Men, Deadpool, The Simpsons, and more.

The service launches November 12th.
