The long wait for the third season of Euphoria stirred a lot of confusion, and even its cast members aren’t sure what the future holds. Hunter Schafer said she has “no idea what’s going on” with the upcoming season in a recent interview with Alex Cooper.

Schafer was a guest on a recent episode of Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, and the next season of Euphoria was one of the topics of discussion. The young actress was open about the fact that she doesn’t know what the future holds because a lot has happened in the meantime.

Schafer said that “everyone feels a certain sense of anticipation” for Season 3, but also added it’s going to be tough going back in the face of the tragic loss of the show’s star Angus Cloud and producer Kevin Turen.

“I’m still coming to qualms about what’s happened and losing people that we really loved and were a part of this family and everything…I think there’s a world in which we can channel that into making it a beautiful Season 3 – if it is supposed to happen, but I think that shit really threw everyone for a loop,” said Schafer.

According to recent reports, the long-awaited Season 3 will start filming in January 2025, with the original cast returning.
