Jeff Daniels has led several acclaimed TV shows, and he’s getting ready to add another one to his impressive resume. The Emmy-winning actor stars in the first trailer for the Netflix limited series A Man in Full, based on Tom Wolfe’s hit novel of the same name.
A Man in Full centers on Atlanta real estate mogul Charlie Croker, whose political and business interests collide after he faces sudden bankruptcy, which forces him to defend his empire from those attempting to capitalize on his fall from grace.
This limited series draws inspiration from Tom Wolfe’s The New York Times bestselling novel A Man in Full, and it hails from writer, showrunner, and executive producer David E. Kelley (Big Little Lies). Regina King directed three episodes of the series, and she’s coming on board as one of the EPs alongside Reina King, Matthew Tinker, Thomas C. Wolfe, and Alexandra Wolfe.
In addition to Daniels, the star-studded cast of this series will also include Tom Pelphrey (Outer Range), Diane Lane (Feud: Capote vs. The Swans), Lucy Liu (Elementary), William Jackson Harper (The Good Place), Aml Ameen (The Porter), Sarah Jones (For All Mankind), and Bill Camp (The Night Of).
A Man in Full will consist of six episodes, set to debut on Netflix on May 2.
