Julie McNamara, Executive Vice President of Original Content at CBS All Access announced on Sunday at the Television Critics Association press tour, that Jessica Alba will be appearing in season 2 of comedy series No Activity.

Details on Alba’s character is yet to be revealed but the 37-year-old actress shared some selfie photos with No Activity stars Patrick Brammall and Tim Meadows on Friday.

“I did a thing and got to work w these two today @noactivitycbs and my heart skipped a beat when #timmeadows laughed so hard he actually cried after one of the scenes,” the Dark Angel star wrote. Alba will next star in Bad Boys spinoff, L.A.’s Finest, with Gabrielle Union for Charter Communications’ Spectrum cable systems, according to ET.

No Activity follows the story of “two low-level cops who have spent far too much time in a car together; two criminals who are largely kept in the dark; two dispatch workers who haven’t really clicked; and two Mexican tunnelers who are in way too small a space considering they’ve only just met.”

The series, which premiered on November 2017, also stars Amy Sedaris and Sunita Mani. It was produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay.

Season 1 is already available via streaming and second season will return later this year on CBS All Access.
