The first season of Poker Face featured an impressive roster of guest stars, and the show’s next chapter will stick to the same formula. John Mulaney, Ego Nwodim, and Sam Richardson are the latest stars to join Natasha Lyonne in this hit anthology series in guest-starring roles.

Created for Peacock by Rian Johnson, Poker Face embraces a mystery-of-the-week format and centers on a former casino worker Charlie, who has the ability to tell when someone’s not telling the truth. She uses this special power to solve mysteries all across the United States while on a run from a sinister casino owner.

Lyonne is the only cast member to appear in all episodes, while the rest of the ensemble changes with each new chapter of the story. We’re introduced to new characters and setting in each episode, which made it possible for Johnson to bring an impressive roster of A-list guest stars along for the ride.

Stand-up comedian John Mulaney, Saturday Night Live star Ego Nwodim, and The Afterparty actor Sam Richardson joined the show ahead of Season 2. They’ll be a part of the guest starring cast, which will also include Giancarlo Esposito, Katie Holmes, Gaby Hoffmann, Kumail Nanjiani, Sherry Cola, Kevin Corrigan, Ben Marshall, Kathrine Narducci, Cynthia Erivo, BJ Novak, and Margo Martindale.
