Seth Rogen has joined forces with Apple TV+ for his next series The Studio, and its cast will be one star-studded affair. Catherine O’Hara, Kathryn Hahn, Ike Barinholtz, and Chase Sui Wonders are among seven new cast members to join this promising project.

According to the show’s official logline, The Studio will take us inside “a legacy Hollywood movie studio trying to survive in a world where it is increasingly difficult for art and commerce to live together.”

In addition to creating this series for Apple TV+, Rogen will serve as its executive producer, co-writer, co-director, and one of the lead stars. O’Hara (Schitt’s Creek), Kathryn Hahn (WandaVision), Ike Barinholtz (The Afterparty), and Chase Sui Wonders (City on Fire) have just joined him as series regulars – and they’re not the only ones!

The six-time Emmy winner Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad), Keyla Monterroso Mejia (Freeridge), and Dewayne Perkins (The Upshaws) have also been added to the cast in recurring and guest roles.

Rogen is writing and directing the series with his long-time collaborator Evan Goldberg. Frida Perez and Veep duo Peter Huyck and Alex Gregory will also be credited as co-creators, while Point Grey Pictures’ James Weaver, Alex McAtee, and Josh Fagen are executive producing the series alongside Rogen and Goldberg.
