Marvel’s “Runaways” Renewed for Season 3

Don’t worry, Marvel fans, Runaways are safe.

With all of Marvel’s television series at Netflix being cancelled recently, there was concern about Runaways which focuses on six teenagers from different backgrounds who unite against their criminal parents.

But you can now breathe easily because the Hulu series is staying exactly where it is — and getting a third season!

“We are so excited to tell more Runaways stories and are so grateful to Marvel, Hulu, our amazing cast and crew and of course our passionate audience,” said co-showrunners and executive producers, Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage. “Season three will be a magical time on Runaways, as we deepen our connection to the Marvel universe. We are honoured to continue to play in the sandbox created by Brian K. Vaughn and Adrian Alphona.”

The cast of Rhenzy Feliz, Lyrica Okano, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer, Gregg Sulkin, Allegra Acosta, Angel Parker, Ryan Sands, Annie Wersching, Kip Pardue, Ever Carradine, James Marsters, Brigid Brannagh, Kevin Weisman, Brittany Ishibashi, and James Yaegashi are all expected to return.

Season three is scheduled to have 10 episodes.
