Netflix users welcomed the Australian coming-of-age series Heartbreak High with open arms when it first premiered in 2022, and the second term is just around the corner. The class is back in session in the first trailer for Season 2, which will premiere in less than a month.

The second season of Heartbreak High will see all our favorite heroes return for the second term at the lowest-ranking school in the district. The new term will be more chaotic than ever, and it will introduce us to fresh new faces, as the race for school captain is seeing dirty tactics run rife through Hartley High.

The second season will mark the return of many fan favorites, including Ayesha Madon, Chloé Hayden, Thomas Weatherall, James Majoos, Asher Yasbincek, Will McDonald, Gemma Chua-Tran, Bryn Chapman Parish, Sherry-Lee Watson, Brodie Townsend, and Josh Heuston.

They’ll be joined by several newcomers to Heartbreak High, including Angus Sampson (Fargo) as the new sports teacher Timothy Voss, Sam Rechner (The Fabelmans) as Rowan Callaghan, a country boy with a dry wit, and Kartanya Maynard (Gold Diggers) as an opinionated celibacy advocate Zoe Clarke.

Heartbreak High will return to Netflix on April 11, after winning six AACTA Awards and one International Emmy Award for its first season.
