Pokémon Concierge made quite an impression on the younger Netflix viewers, and there’s more where that came from! The streaming giant ordered more episodes of this animated series, inviting the viewers to take a trip back to the Pokémon Resort.

Director Iku Ogawa confirmed the show’s renewal in a statement to Variety and promised they have many more surprises in store.

“I am happy to let you know that we are now working on the new episodes for Pokémon Concierge! Life at the Pokémon Resort continues. Please look forward to it! Let’s see which Pokémon will come visit as a guest this time!” said Ogawa.

The first four episodes of Pokémon Concierge premiered on Netflix in late December and took us to the Pokémon Resort, a peaceful tropical getaway where Pokémon can relax and have fun in the sun. They were joined by Haru (voiced by The Boys’ Karen Fukuhara), who takes a trip to the island and becomes its newest concierge.

The first four episodes featured many water-type Pokémon, but that could change when this show returns to Netflix. Producer Hidenaga Katakami previously told Variety they want to keep things interesting by bringing other types of Pokémon to a water-rich environment and see how they’ll react.
