The Apple TV+ series Margo’s Got Money Troubles will be one star-studded affair, and another acclaimed actor just hopped on board. Emmy winner Nick Offerman is the latest addition to the cast of this promising series, which also includes Elle Fanning, Nicole Kidman, and Michelle Pfeiffer.

Fanning leads the cast of this series as Margo Millet (Fanning), the daughter of a Hooters waitress (Pfeiffer) and an ex-pro wrestler (Offerman). She’s an unemployed single mother in her early 20s, struggling to make ends meet, who comes up with an unconventional way to make an income.

David E. Kelley serves as writer and showrunner of this series, in addition to executive producing it alongside Fanning, Kidman, and Pfeiffer. The list of EPs also includes Brittany Kahan Ward and Dakota Fanning for Lewellen Pictures, Per Saari of Blossom Films, Matthew Tinker for David E. Kelley Productions, and Rufi Thorpe, the author of the hit novel that served as a basis for this series.

Parks and Recreation star Offerman recently won his first Emmy for the guest starring role in HBO’s The Last of Us and appeared in the last season of Netflix’s The Umbrella Academy. He’ll next be seen in Netflix’s historical series Death by Lightning opposite Michael Shannon and Matthew Macfadyen.
