One Piece is one of the most popular new shows to premiere on Netflix last year, and the journey of the Straw Hat Pirates will soon continue. Its stars Iñaki Godoy and Jacob Romero Gibson recently discussed the show’s future and revealed what the upcoming Season 2 has in store.

Godoy and Romero hit the red carpet at the premiere of Netflix’s new live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender and took a moment to discuss Season 2 of One Piece.

Romero Gibson, who plays slingshot master Usopp, teased “bigger creatures and more friends” in Season 2 and added they’re “headed to the Grand Line.” Godoy added he’s excited to go back to shooting because he’s certain that the next season is “going to be so much fun.”

Jamie Lee Curtis is expected to join the cast as Dr. Kureha in Season 2, and Godoy and Romero Gibson picked another dream guest they’d like to join them in the future – It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star Danny DeVito.

One Piece co-creator Matt Owens previously discussed his plans with Deadline and revealed that the challenge of leadership will be a major theme in Season 2.

“From Luffy’s perspective, he’s got his crew now, and they are setting out to the Grand Line. They’re doing the thing, and there are a lot of challenges that come with that responsibility. And that theme ties into some other stories and characters that I won’t give away just yet,” said Owens.
