The fourth season of Only Murders in the Budling will be one star-studded affair, and we finally know who some of the new cast members will play. The first look at Eugene Levy, Zach Galifianakis, and Eva Longoria’s characters is here, and it will have you seeing double!
Season 4 will see Charles-Haden Savage (Steve Martin), Oliver Putnam (Martin Short), and Mabel (Selena Gomez) heading to Los Angeles after learning that a Hollywood studio is plotting a film based on their podcast. Levy, Galifianakis, and Longoria joined the cast as actors playing the leading trio in the movie version.
A trip to LA will be just one of the side-plots in Season 4, which will see Charles, Oliver, and Mabel wrestling the events leading up to the murder of Charles’ stunt double and longtime friend Sazz Pataki (Jane Lynch) and trying to figure out if he was the intended victim.
Season 4 will also star Meryl Streep, Michael Cyril Creighton, and Da’Vine Joy Randolph reprising their roles from the previous seasons, plus newcomers Melissa McCarthy, Molly Shannon, Kumail Nanjiani, Desmin Borges, Siena Werber, and Richard Kind.
Only Murders in the Building will return to Hulu for its ten-episode third season on August 27.
