We’ve seen Martin Short, Steve Martin, and Selena Gomez solve several murder mysteries as the leading trio of Only Murders in the Building, and they’re ready to do it again. Hulu dropped the full trailer for the show’s fourth season, which sees our favorite true crime podcasters embarking on another adventure.
Only Murders in the Building centers on Charles, Oliver, and Mabel, three perfect strangers living in the same apartment building who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one. The show’s next chapter will see them dealing with the shocking events surrounding Charles’ long-time stunt double and friend Sazz Pataki.
Season 4 will feature an impressive supporting cast, including Michael Cyril Creighton, Meryl Streep, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, and Jane Lynch, plus newcomers Eugene Levy, Eva Longoria, Zach Galifianakis, Molly Shannon, Kumail Nanjiani, Melissa McCarthy, and Richard Kind.
Only Murders is one of the most-nominated shows at this year’s Primetime Emmy Awards, with a total of 21 nods. It’s one of the contenders for the outstanding comedy series, while its stars Short, Martin, and Gomez all received nominations in their respective categories.
Only Murders in the Building will return to Hulu a few weeks ahead of the Emmy Awards, on August 27.
