Frasier is one of the latest classic sitcoms to receive a modern-day revival, and Paramount+ is bringing it back for another ride. Kelsey Grammer will keep making us laugh for another season after the streamer confirmed they’re renewing Frasier for Season 2.

Frasier reunited us with Grammer’s Frasier Crane almost two decades later and saw this iconic character return to Boston. The revival series follows him as he tries to rebuild the relationship with his son Freddy, while also facing new challenges and forging new relationships.

Grammer was head over heels after receiving the news about the show’s renewal, and he can’t wait to return for another adventure as Frasier Crane.

Fraiser is a love story, and I am very happy we will be allowed to continue it. I’m delighted that our partners at CBS Studios and Paramount+ are on board for another season, and I can’t wait for the fans to see what we have in store!” said Grammer in a statement.

In addition to Grammer in the titular role, the first season of Frasier also starred Jack Cutmore-Scott, Toks Olagundoye, Jess Salgueiro, Anders Keith, and Nicholas Lyndhurst. Original cast members Bebe Neuwirth and Peri Gilpin, who played Frasier’s ex-wife Lilith Sternin and his close friend Roz Doyle, also made guest appearances.
