The Suits spinoff series has been canceled by USA Network.
Multiple outlets confirm that Pearson will not continue to season two. The cancellation news comes a month and a half after the spinoff ended its season one run.
The series starred Gina Torres, original series alum, and centered on her character Jessica Pearson. Torres’ Pearson, a now disbarred powerhouse lawyer moved to Chicago and got involved in the world of politics.
The series also starred Morgan Spector, Bethany Joy Lenz, Simon Kassianides, Eli Goree, Isabel Arraiza, and Chantel Riley.
While Suits ran for nine seasons and over 130 episodes and remained popular throughout, Pearson failed to find love from fans and critics alike.
