The stage at Rockefeller Plaza welcomed Phoebe Waller-Bridge on Saturday night as the Brit hosted Saturday Night Live for the first time.

She revealed earlier in the week on Late Night with Seth Myers that the sketch show was not a big thing in the United Kingdom where she grew up and that she was surprised at how late in the week hosts are given the material to prepare.

Despite that, the Fleabag star did a fine job on her hosting debut — and made reference to her recent Emmy haul.

The 34-year-old scooped up 3 Emmy awards for writing, producing, and acting in the Amazon comedy.

“Back in the day horny women were to be feared, and now they’re given Emmys,” she quipped.

“People often assume that I’m like the character, Fleabag, simply because I wrote it. Sexually depraved, foul mouthed, and dangerous. And I always have to say, “Yes, you’re absolutely right,’” Waller-Bridge joked. “I’m not a sex addict because I wrote Fleabag, but I did write *Killing Eve* because I’m a psychopath. And my most exciting ex-boyfriend wrote nothing, but was both.”

And now you know.
