Quarantine Cast Reunions: Stars From Our Favorite Shows are Reuniting Virtually

One of the best things to come from quarantine is the reunion of stars from our favorite television shows that ended years ago, many of which aired in the 90s, via Zoom, short-form YouTube series, and Instagram Live videos. Nearly two dozen shows have reunited stars from Glee, Parks and Recreations, The Office, Melrose Place, Friday Night Lights, and The Nanny. Here are some of the best television reunions so far.

90210

Shenae Grimes (Annie) invited the stars of 90210 to her YouTube channel for a 27-minute look back at the series. Jessica Lowndes (Adrianna), AnnaLynne McCord (Naomi), Michael Steger (Navid), Josh Zuckerman (Max), Jessica Stroup (Silver), Matt Lanter (Liam), Tristan Wilds (Dixon), and Dustin Milligan (Ethan) were all part of the reunion.

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

Will Smith reminisced about at the 90s sitcom with former cast members Alfonso Ribeiro (Carlton), Tatyana Ali (Ashley), Karyn Parsons (Hilary), Daphne Maxwell Reid (Aunt Viv), Joseph Marcell (Geoffrey), and DJ Jazzy Jeff (Jazz) on a recent episode of the Snapchat series “Will From Home.”

Glee

The teachers and students of William McKinley High School reunited in a “Stars in the House,” a daily live-streamed YouTube series that befits the Actors Fund charity. Matthew Morrison (Will), Jane Lynch (Sue), Darren Criss (Blaine), Chris Colfer (Kurt), Amber Riley (Mercedes), Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina), and Kevin McHale (Artie) were present. We even got to see Colfer’s audition! How cool is that?

Hannah Montana

Miley Cyrus invited Hannah Montana co-star Emily Osment on an episode of her Instagram Live series “Bright Minded,” and they caught up and talked about their experience growing up on the show. We even saw some old publicity shots of the pair.

The Nanny

The stars of The Nanny including Fran Drescher (Fran), Charles Shaughnessy (Maxwell), Daniel Davis (Niles), Lauren Lane (C. C.), Nicholle Tom (Maggie), Benjamin Salisbury (Brighton), Madeline Zima (Grace), and Renee Taylor (Sylvia) treated us to a virtual read of the show’s 1993 pilot episode.
