We’ve seen many beloved TV shows rebooted in recent years, but is there a chance we could get The O.C. gang back together? Rachel Bilson recently opened up about the possibility of doing a reunion show and said she would always be up for it.
Bilson returned as Summer Roberts in a new ad campaign for 21Seeds infused tequila, which reunited her with The O.C. creators Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage. This project brought back all kinds of memories for Bilson and got her thinking about a potential reunion.
Bilson discussed the possibility of revisiting the Orange Country in a new interview with Variety and said she’d always be up for it, but she’s also happy leaving things as they are.
“Obviously it would be fun and I love everybody and it would be awesome to go back and we need to somehow bring Marissa back to life and do the whole thing if we do it. But also leaving it for what it was and how special it kind of was, is also a positive,” she explained.
Bilson has a pretty good idea where her character ended up, and she told Variety that she’s definitely still married to Seth and living her best life.
