Michelle Williams is gearing up to lead FX’s upcoming series Dying For S-x, and she’ll be in pretty good company. Rob Delaney, David Rasche, and Esco Jouléy are the latest actors to join this limited series in key recurring roles.

Dying For S-x draws inspiration from the hit Wondery podcast, about a woman named Molly who decides to turn her life around after being diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. She leaves her husband of 15 years and embarks on a journey of self-discovery with the help of her best friend Nikki.

Williams will lead the series as Molly, and Jenny Slate previously joined the cast as her BFF Nikki. Liz Meriwether and Kim Rosenstock wrote the series and serve as its showrunners and executive producers.

Rob Delaney, best known as the star of the BAFTA-winning series Catastrophe and the Deadpool franchise, will play Molly’s strangely magnetic neighbor, known simply as Neighbor Guy.

David Rasche (Succession) was cast as Molly’s old-school oncologist with no bedside manner, Dr. Pankowitz. Esco Jouléy (State of the Union) will portray Sonya, described as a palliative care social worker fresh out of grad school, who gives Molly some much-needed guidance during her darkest moments.
