The series is based on the 26-book series of the same name by Karen Kingsbury.
The Plot
The series follows Elizabeth and John Baxter (Roma and Ted) and their adult children as they navigate the ups and downs of life through faith and family. Roma, Will Packer, and Jaime Primak Sullivan will serve as executive producers, alongside Kevin Mann and Brendan Bragg of Haven Entertainment. With this team, The Baxters is sure to be a success.
The Premiere
Fans and the author are truly excited about this book series finally coming to life. In an interview, Karen herself even called it “a dream come true,” and Roma looks forward to bringing that dream to reality. Filming for six half-hour episodes of the digital series has officially begun, and fans won’t have to wait long for the premiere! The show is set to air later this year on the LightWorkers streaming platform.
