The first season of the culinary dramedy The Bear created so much buzz that pretty much every actor in Hollywood wanted to bask in the show’s brilliance. The highly-anticipated Season 2 is finally here, and it gave us more amazing cameos than we can count.
Will Poulter – Episode 4 “Honeydew”
Just a few hours after Season 2 of The Bear premiered, Will Poulter started trending on Twitter, and it’s not difficult to see why. The British actor delivered another viral “yes, chef” moment while playing kind, but firm pastry chef Luca, who trained Marcus in Copenhagen.
The Berzatto Family – Episode 6 “Fishes”
The Bear gave us one of the best television moments of 2023 with the explosive Christmas episode “Fishes”, and its cast is an embarrassment of the riches. Jamie Lee Curtis gave us an Emmy-worthy turn as Berzatto matriarch Donna, in an episode that also featured cameos from Gillian Jacobs (Community), Sarah Paulson (American Horror Story), Jon Bernthal (The Punisher), Bob Odenkirk (Better Call Saul), and comedian John Mulaney as guests of the Berzatto’s family dinner from hell.
Olivia Colman – Episode 7 “Forks”
The Oscar-winner Olivia Colman never refuses a good cameo, and it was a delight to see her on The Bear. She played Chef Terry, the head chef of a Michelin-star fine-dining restaurant, who gives Richie some much-needed advice, telling him it’s never too late to start over.
