We can count on Succession to bring some major family drama our way with each new season, and Season 4 will be no exception. The first teaser trailer for Season 4 of the Emmy-winning drama is here, and it promises even more division between the members of the Roy family.
Succession centers on the owners of a global media conglomerate Waystar RoyCo, as they fight for control over the company. In Season 4, we’ll watch the deal between Waystar and tech visionary Lukas Matsson move closer, causing even a bigger drift between the Roys in the face of an uncertain future that awaits them once the deal is completed.
In the trailer, we see the family patriarch Logan Roy (Brian Cox) fighting for control after his children Shiv (Sarah Snook), Kendall (Jeremy Strong), and Roman (Kieran Culkin) band together and form the “rebel alliance” in an attempt to stand their ground against him.
The teaser trailer also sees the return of fan-favorites Greg Hirsch (Nicholas Braun) and Tom Wambsgans (Matthew Macfadyen). Alan Ruck, J. Smith-Cameron, Justine Lupe, Hope Davis, and Alexander Skarsgård are also expected to return.
Season 4 of Succession doesn’t have an official premiere date, but it’s coming to HBO in spring 2023.
