The CW has released the first trailer for the seventh and final season the The 100.
The 16 episode final season will premiere on May 20 and after season seven wraps up, the series will have consisted of 100 episodes.
The 100 is a post-apocalyptic science fiction drama that shows the conflicts between clans that have survived devastating events on earth as well as their interactions with a space sanctuary for some of the survivors of the initial devastation. In the sixth season, the series moved to another planet which brought on new dangers and challenges that will need to be resolved in the upcoming season.
Eliza Taylor, Marie Avgeropoulos, Bob Morley, and Lindsey Morgan will return for the final season. Henry Ian Cusick and Paige Turco will not return as they were killed off in season six.
