The Bear created more buzz for FX than any other show in recent memory, and they’re not letting go of it anytime soon. The cast and crew of this acclaimed series are getting ready to cook up another amazing season after FX officially announced its Season 3 renewal.

Nick Grad, president of FX Entertainment, confirmed the show’s renewal in a statement, praising this show for becoming a cultural phenomenon and for wowing “audiences in its first season only to achieve even greater heights in season two.”

He also gave a shout-out to the show’s executive producers Christopher Storer, Joanna Calo, and Josh Senior, end ensemble cast led by Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach for doing something truly remarkable with the first two seasons of The Bear.

The Bear premiered on FX in 2022, and it centers on the young chef from the fine dining world, Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, (White) who left it all behind to move back to Chicago and run his family’s rundown Italian beef sandwich shop following his brother’s suicide.

The first season of The Bear will be in the running for 13 awards at the upcoming Primetime Emmy Awards, including outstanding comedy series and acting nods for its stars White, Moss-Bachrach, and Edebiri, and guest stars Jon Bernthal and Oliver Platt.
