The Bear caused more commotion than most shows in recent years, and things will heat up again in Season 3. FX officially confirmed the June release date in a new teaser trailer, which sees Jeremy Allen White getting ready to cook up some magic in the heart of Chicago.
The short teaser gives us a taste of things to come without revealing too much about the plot. It opens with Carmy entering the kitchen early in the morning and getting ready to do some prep, while the camera zooms out of the restaurant, before giving us a glimpse of the Chicago skyline.
The show’s next season will see Carmy pushing himself harder than ever and demanding excellence from his crew while trying to keep the restaurant together.
“Season 3 follows Carmy, Sydney, and Richie as they do what it takes to elevate The Bear, their beef stand turned fine dining establishment, to the highest level, all while doing their best just to stay in business,” reads the official Season 3 logline.
In addition to Jeremy Allen White as Carmy, Season 3 will also mark the return of Ayo Edebiri as Sydney and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Richie, plus Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Matty Matheson, and Oliver Platt. All ten episodes will drop on FX on June 27.
