Several cast members of Supernatural joined The Boys over the years, and another one could jump on board in Season 5. Eric Kripke recently revealed he’d like to cast Jared Padalecki in the show’s fifth season after his schedule cleared following the recent cancelation of Walker.

Jared Padalecki led The CW’s hit fantasy series Supernatural for 15 seasons alongside Jensen Ackles, who plays Soldier Boy in The Boys. Jim Beaver, who starred in Supernatural as Bobby Singer also starred in Amazon Prime Video’s hit superhero series, while Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Rob Benedict will appear in its fourth season after starring in Supernatural.

Eric Kripke recently revealed he’d like to reunite the Winchester family on the set of The Boys, and Jared Padalecki is the only piece of the puzzle he’s missing right now.

“He’s been busy the last few years, so schedules haven’t worked out. But now, unfortunately, Walker got canceled – but the good thing is he’s free. And I feel like I have to complete my game of Supernatural Pokémon and I have my one big one – very big one – left to catch,” The Boys creator told Variety.

The Boys will return for its fourth season on Amazon Prime Video on June 13, and it’s already been renewed for Season 5.
