In case you forgot, the late Dr. Derek Shepherd had a rather large family.
The Grey’s Anatomy character, who made us swoon each time he was on screen, was a brother to four — yes, four — sisters.
Throughout the medical drama’s 15 seasons, we have been introduced to most of the Shepherd family.House of Cards actress Neve Campbell made an appearance as Liz, Embeth Davidtz of Ray Donovan portrayed Nancy, and we are all familiar with Caterina Scorsone as series regular, Amelia.
They will now — finally — be joined by sister #4. Dr. Kathleen Shepherd will visit Grey-Sloane Memorial in the form of Gifted actress, Amy Acker. The 42-year-old has signed on for a guest role in an upcoming episode which will be focused on Amelia.
It’s too bad that Derek won’t be around to see it…
