“The InBetween” Canceled After One Season

Harriet Dyer in "The InBetween"

NBC has canceled The InBetween.

The freshman drama will end with season one, which aired between May and August earlier this year.

The InBetween hailed from creator and executive producer Moira Kirlan and followed Harriet Dyer as Cassie, a woman who is able to see visions of the past and future as well as communicate with the dead.

The series also starred Justin Cornwell, Anne-Marie Johnson, Cindy Luna, Chad James Buchanan, and Paul Blackthorne.

The InBetween was the lowest-rated NBC summer 2019 series in Live+Same Day ratings, only averaging around 2.6 million viewers, a number only slightly lifted after delayed viewing.
