Jury Duty – The Verdict
Jury Duty was one of the most refreshing new comedies to premiere this year. The story of Ronald Gladden, the unsuspecting juror taking part in a fake jury duty, was neatly wrapped up in the final episode The Verdict.
Reservation Dogs – Elora’s Dad
Each episode on the final season of Reservation Dogs deserves a spot on our list, but we decided to go with Elora’s Dad because it perfectly wrapped up the tale of one of the show’s most resonant characters.
The Bear – Fishes/Forks
The latest season of The Bear served brilliance episode after episode, and we couldn’t settle for just one. The star-studded bottle episode Fishes perfectly captured the dynamic of the dysfunctional Berzatto family, while Forks captured the majestic evolution of one of the show’s most intriguing characters: Ebon Moss-Bachrach’s Richie Jerimovich.
The Last of Us – Long, Long Time
The Last of Us is one of the best new shows to premiere this year, and it featured many wild moments, but none of them resonated more with fans than the love story between Bill and Frank, played brilliantly by Nick Offerman and Murray Bartlett.
Succession – Connor’s Wedding
Connor’s wedding should been a joyful celebration, but it turned into a somber affair after the Roy children received news of Logan’s sudden death and spent the rest of the episode trying to figure out what to do in the wake of this tragedy.
