Tracee Ellis Ross is best known as the Emmy-nominated star of Black-ish, but did you also know she’s a huge fan of traveling? She’ll get to explore one of her biggest passions in the upcoming Roku Original docu-series Tracee Travels.

We’ve seen several stars launch their own travel shows in recent years, and Ross is the next one in line! She’s getting ready to hit the road in Tracee Travels, an exclusive docu-series set to debut on the Roku Channel in 2025.

This series will see Ross getting ready to travel solo to spectacular locations and exploring the intersection of beauty, fashion, design, food, and culture at each stop.

Ross has been traveling solo since she was 22 years old because she didn’t want to wait for her life to come to her, and she’s hoping that Tracee Travels will inspire other people to do the same.

“I hope this show reminds people that they too can courageously live their lives on their own terms, find their happiness, and be their whole selves and their best selves – by themselves. Everyone deserves to be joyous and audaciously free,” she said in a statement to Variety.

Ross is best known as the five-time Emmy-nominated star of Girlfriends and Black-ish, whose recent credits include the award-winning satire American Fiction and holiday comedy Candy Cane Lane.
